As we near the conclusion of the 2024–2025 school year, I want to thank you all for your continued support throughout what has been both a rewarding and challenging season. I’d also like to share several important updates regarding the end of the year, our summer plans, and preparations for the upcoming 2025–2026 volleyball season.

 

End-of-Year Sports Banquet Leto will celebrate our athletes at the End-of-Year Sports Banquet on Wednesday, May 7, 2025, at 6:00 PM at the Leto Auditorium. We look forward to honoring the hard work and accomplishments of our athletes.

 

Summer Volleyball Camp We are excited to announce that our summer volleyball camp has been approved! We will be hosting two sessions at Leto High School, each running from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM: • Session 1: June 23–26, 2025 • Session 2: July 21–24, 2025 The cost is $60 for one session or $100 for both. The camp is designed for our current Leto players, but is also open to girls ages 8 to 17 throughout Hillsborough County. Have you player come see me for paperwork.

 

2025–2026 Season Preparation We are already looking ahead to the next school year! Student-athletes may begin submitting their athletic clearance paperwork starting May 15, 2025. If you plan to participate in the summer camps, we kindly ask that paperwork be submitted prior to the start of camp.

 

Coach Alejandra and I are both returning for the upcoming season, and we are currently seeking a new assistant coach. If you or someone you know is interested, please reach out to us as soon as possible.

 

While the official start date for the 2025–2026 school year has not yet been announced, tryouts will take place during the first week of school. More details will be shared as they become available. We are incredibly proud of this year's progress and are look forward to an even stronger season ahead.
