We would like to introduce ourselves. We are the A.P. Leto High School Ladies Volleyball Team. We are in the Leto-Egypt Lake area of Tampa, with most of our student population from the Town N Country, Plantation and Carrollwood Area. Our school has nearly 2000 students and over 135 members of staff. Every year, we invite local businesses like yours to sponsor our volleyball team. Sponsoring our team, is not only a great way to get involved with the community; it’s also an amazing form of marketing for your business. Our team has between 20 to 24 players, and we will play against various teams from the Tampa Bay Area. That means your business will have branding in front of hundreds of people and generate an impression in the Leto High School area. With that type of exposure, everyone will remember your business supported us this year.
This year, we are asking for [$250 or more] in exchange for the following:
Your logo on a banner in the gym or the Leto electronic score table.
An invitation to attend one of our games.
Email and Volleyball Website blasts to our families thanking you for your sponsorship.
Social media posts about your business.
A picture of our team to hang in your office.
A handwritten thank you card at the end of the season, signed by all members of the team.
Sadly, Volleyball is expensive and not all the families on our team can afford the cost required to field a competitive team. We ask for sponsorship to help subsidize the cost of new equipment/apparel, scholarships for players who can’t afford to play, and travel expenses.
We understand that you have several choices when considering marketing and community outreach opportunities, and we truly believe that sponsoring a local girls’ volleyball team is a great fit. We can also customize a package in return for your sponsorship, we are very open to your ideas and your budget.
We know that you do a great job of improving our community, and we thank you for your support. You have helped make Leto High School and the Leto Volleyball Team better.
